Joyce Heinecke's 85th Birthday Surprise Party

Hey girls,

The cute little lady that leads the music in Relief Society on Sundays is turning 85.  Her granddaughter is throwing her a surprise party at the church tomorrow FEBRUARY 27th from 11-1 at the church.  It's an Open House so you can just stop by if you'd like to during those times. The Relief Society presidency wanted me to spread the word that if you know her and would like to wish her a Happy Birthday you're welcome to come.  Please let anyone else know that you think would be interested in going.

Hi, it's me yet again.

I don't think you all know:
We have postponed our Leatherby's trip to NEXT Friday night, March 5 at 8:00 p.m.

Thought this was the easiest way to make sure everybody knew. Pass the word along, as not everyone checks this blog.

Alright, how does Friday, February 26 sound for a Leatherby's trip?

Meet at say, 8:00.

(Marcy, by the time we get there and actually sit and order, I am sure if you get there at 9 we will still be going strong. :) )

Hi ladies!

What is a good night for everyone to go to Leatherby's? I miss ladies nights and I can't go to the 9:30 pm ones anymore as this third trimester is kicking my trash and I need to SLEEP. But how about a Leatherby's night? I NEED a Heather's Turtle Pie! :)

I could do an 8:00 outing on a Tuesday or a Thursday, when the hubs gets home from school. That work for anyone?

Park City Getaway

I am smiling with delight that my "idea" turned into an actual plan (thanks Carmen!). So, as we all know, the date is set for Friday March 19Th. I was thinking that we should organize another ladies night to discuss details about our getaway. I know it's over a month away, but plan on ladies night at my house on Tuesday March 16Th. Bring your ideas and your money for the room so we can pay Carmen before they charge her credit card. I think she said it would be about twenty dollars per person, but bring twenty five just in case it ends up being more. I have heard RSVP's from most of the ladies in the neighborhood, and so far we have a great turn out. Here are the ladies who will grace us with their presence...

I'm still waiting to hear back from Charlotte and Laurisa, and I haven't heard anything from Marcy or Carol, so we could possibly have even MORE (yay!). Anyway, plan on the 16Th, and let me know if you hear of any others who would like to join us!

Playdate Postponed...

While it was never official, I was still hoping for a playdate this week. I was waiting to see if Hudson would get over the 'winter cough of death' (which all of your children probably have/had too.) Well, the day he showed remarkable improvement, the little one decided to try her hand at it - along with a nasty nose!!!! Give me some relief :)

Hopefully we can try again next week.....

BTW, I was going to add everyone's email to the list so it will automatically send out a notice when a new post is listed. Is there anyone that is against that? Let me know....
